We've all heard the phrase "we all have the same 24 hours in a day" - but let's be real, when it's all said and done, we're lucky to get maybe 3-5 hours a day (if that) to ourselves outside of work / driving / sleeping / any other time-consuming activity that is a requirement to our every day life.

If you're feeling constantly behind and struggling to manage your day, it may be time to get serious about your time management. This may sound intimidating or perhaps farfetched at first, but with practice, we believe these 5 steps can help you better manage your time, allowing for you to make the most out of your day.

1. Develop A Schedule

Make a schedule and stick to it. Write down your to-do list for the day and assign specific times to each task. Your schedule should hold everything together.

A daily schedule can help you be more organized - resulting in less stress, can help you be more responsible, make you feel like you're more in control of your life, help you be successful in your business, work, school, etc.

By sticking to your schedule, you limit your time to the activities that you have listed. This will take some practice at first, but try your best to stick to the schedule you have planned for the day.

2. Set Timers
